Holiday Shipping Guarantee

We will guarantee any IN STOCK items to be delivered by Christmas if you choose the shipping option indicated by the icon. If the order does not arrive by Christmas, you can return the item to us at our expense and we will credit your account for the full amount of your purchase.

Each order carries a time stamp and can be checked against the time that the icons changed.  Personalized or custom items, or items listed as out of stock or backordered at the time of purchase will not be covered by this guarantee.
