| While we don't "officially" ship to the UK, we do ship
to a mail forwarder in the US, who will then handle shipping from the US
to the UK. How it works:
- Set up an account with a mail forwarder and get a US address
- Shop on our site, and use your US address for both billing and
shipping addresses
- Choose the payment method of "phone ordering" during checkout
- Call us at 413.458.0072 to give us your credit card information
- We ship your items to your US address
- Your mail forwarder ships your items to you
Some things to remember:
- Free shipping on orders over $99 and a discounted shipping rate
of $5 for orders under $99 will be your shipping rate for the US leg
of your items journey. The mail forwarder will charge you
shipping for their leg of the journey.
- Your relationship with the mail forwarder is between you and the
mail forwarder. We do not have the ability to check on orders
once they have received them, solve billing disputes with them or
any other disputes you may have with them. We DO have the
responsibility to deliver your items undamaged to your mail
forwarder, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
- Our return policy
states that the customer is responsible for return shipping to us.
Be aware that that could be very expensive if you need to return
anything.
- Do not e-mail us (or anyone else) your credit card information,
as that is not secure.
- We are not responsible for any taxes that your government may
levy on your items.
