Rules:
- Purchase Orders are accepted from Schools, Hospitals, Day Cares,
Places of Worship, and Universities. Do you think your
organization belongs on this list? Give us a call!
- Your purchase order can only be accepted when accompanied by the
signature of the officer authorizing the purchase and when submitted
on your organization's official purchase order form or letterhead.

- Items will only be delivered to the organization that generates
the purchase order.
- Payment is due 30 days after the shipping date and may be
paid via check, money order, or credit card.
- We reserve the right to refuse any purchase order for any
reason.
Helpful Hints:
- Remember orders under $99 have a $5 shipping charge, and over
$99 ships for free. Knowing the true costs up-front helps your
organization keep within budget!
- Know your organizations internal processes. Do you need a
signed quote? We'd be happy to get one to you. Also, who in
your organization needs to approve your purchase order and when? If
there is anything that we can do to help, just ask.
- If you need a W9 form from us, we would be happy to send or fax
one to you.
- Sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to the states of
Massachusetts. (If you are an organization in Massachusetts which is
exempt from paying sales tax, please include a copy of your sales
tax exemption certificate with your purchase order).
