Hi, I just had to write to talk about one your representatives, her first name is Kitty. I had an issue with my son's halloween costume being too small. I received the costume two days before needing it for an event at our school (I own and operate a daycare center for 170 children) and called your 866 number in a panic at about 5:45pm EST. I got Kitty and she couldn't have done enough to help me, or to put our minds at ease! I will absolutely, 100% for sure use Heirloom Wooden Toys again both personally and for my school needs as well. Thank you so much, and so much thanks personally to Kitty!!

Incredible variety of eco-friendly, reasonably priced toys that don't need batteries! I can't stand toys that constantly need their batteries changed. These toys are a hit with my kids. Very friendly and helpful customer service.

The Safari Toddler Bed is just amazing! Just the cutest, and so well made. My son adores it! And it fits his personality to a tee. That is the beauty of Heirloom Wooden Toys- they have high quality pieces no matter what your child's personality. I mean really- does it get cooler then this bed? Eco friendly, great people, I can't say enough good things about Heirloom Wooden Toys.

These cars are going to be a big favorite with my grandsons and they are such a quality toy I imagine I’ll see their children playing with them as well!
